The Brand Passport, Inc. Shopify Terms & Conditions 2021
Welcome to The Brand Passport, Inc. We appreciate your interest in our products.
Payment:
- Orders may be placed at our Shopify page: https://tbpwhsl.com/
- We accept a variety of forms of payment on Shopify, including major credit cards and Shopify Payments.
- Orders of more than $5,000 automatically qualify for 15% discount. Additional discounts are not available.
Ordering Lead Time:
- Lead time is 10 business days from receipt of order
Conditions:
- The Brand Passport, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing or Terms & Conditions on our products at any time
- Orders for which accelerated delivery is requested must be paid in full in advance along with any applicable rush fees
- Accounts with receivables over 30 days or in excess of their credit limit, are subject to being placed on hold and orders not shipping. Interest will start accruing at 5% per annum.
- Damaged product must be refused at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading or delivery receipt with the carrier. Reimbursement for damages requires photographs of the damage.
- The Brand Passport, Inc. does not guarantee sales
- The Brand Passport, Inc. does not accept returns after confirmation of receipt
- The Brand Passport, Inc. does not participate in a pallet exchange
- Your placement of a purchase order indicates your acceptance of our terms, including that you will not, directly or indirectly, resell any of our products on the Amazon platform.
Credit Terms:
- Credit terms are only available for first orders over $10,000, or, 3 consecutive orders, with each of these orders exceeding $5,000 (subject to credit approval).
- For customers requesting credit terms with The Brand Passport, please complete a credit application and submit to accounting@thebrandpassport.com
- Please note that it takes up to 30 days for credit approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
- Urgent orders must be prepaid
- Standard Terms are Net 30 Days for customers with credit terms
- For customers without credit terms, The Brand Passport requires CIA (Cash In Advance)
- Once credit has been approved, payment can be sent to one of the following:
